Marvel: Ultimate Alliance lets players create their ultimate team from the largest superhero alliance ever as they engage in an epic quest to determine the fate of the Marvel universe. Players can control their own completely unique team by selecting from the largest roster of legendary superheroes ever assembled in one game. Through the epic campaign, the heroes will battle, team-up, and interact with over 140 characters from the Marvel universe and ultimately confront notorious villains.

Deadpool

In Deadpool the player takes control of the loud-mouthed, foul-mouthed, merc-with-a-mouth Wade Wilson (a.k.a. Deadpool). While on out on a contract to kill a corrupt media mogul, Mister Sinister intervenes and kills him instead, drawing the ire of Deadpool who then vows revenge only to stumble upon a bigger plot which could spell the end of humanity.

With the help of some of the X-Men such as Wolverine, Rogue and Domino along with a buddy from the future, Cable, they band together to stop Mister Sinister and his group of Marauders (Arclight, Blockbuster and Vertigo) from succeeding.

Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3

Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 is a crossover fighting game developed by Capcom in collaboration with Eighting. It is an updated version of Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds. The game features characters from both Capcom's video game franchises and comic book series published by Marvel Comics. The game was released in November 2011 for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, and was featured as a launch title for the PlayStation Vita in 2012.

In Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, players select a team of three characters to engage in combat and attempt to knock out their opponents. As an update, the game utilizes largely identical gameplay mechanics to the original. However, both the aerial combat and X-Factor systems, introduced in Fate of Two Worlds, have received adjustments. In addition to gameplay modifications and new playable characters, the game features several aesthetic changes.

After the events of the 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami disrupted the development schedule for downloadable content for Fate of Two Worlds, the additional content was created into a standalone title, Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, for a discounted retail price. The game received generally positive reviews upon release; critics praised the expanded character roster and improved online experience, but criticized the lack of new features and game modes.

Fantastic Four (2005 video game) is an action-adventure game developed by 7 Studios and published by Activision. It is based on the 2005 film of the same name and features characters and storylines from the movie. Players control the four main characters—Mr. Fantastic, The Invisible Woman, The Human Torch, and The Thing—each possessing unique abilities that correspond to their superhero powers. The game includes single-player and cooperative modes, allowing players to switch between characters to utilise their specific powers to solve puzzles, battle enemies, and navigate through various levels. Spider-Man and the X-Men in Arcade's Revenge

Spider-Man and members of the X-Men have teamed up in this side-scrolling action game to fight against Arcade, who has built a giant amusement park for the sole purpose of trapping and destroying the super-heroes. You first play as Spider-Man, who sees the X-Men get kidnapped by Arcade and follows them. Once you make it inside Arcade's park you can choose to play as Spider-Man, Cyclops, Storm, Gambit, or Wolverine, each of whom are trapped in a different part of Arcade's maze of deadly traps. You must navigate all five of them safely out, using their different skills and abilities while defeating baddies and bosses along the way.

Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer

Similar to the first game, it features cartoonish Super-deformed versions of the Marvel Comics characters, as seen in the Marvel Super Hero Squad toy line, as well as the television show.

Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds

Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds is a crossover fighting game developed by Capcom in collaboration with Eighting. Levels in the game have you controlling either Bruce or The Hulk. Bruce must use his smaller size to sneak around areas 'Splinter Cell' style, while The Hulk can bash and blast his way through enemy territory in every way possible, with over 40 different attacks to use.

The Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction

The Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction, released in 2005, is an action-adventure video game developed by Radical Entertainment and published by Vivendi Universal Games (VU Games). The game centres around the Marvel Comics superhero, the Hulk, and features an open world with destructible environments. The storyline depicts the Hulk being unconsciously guided by his human alter-ego, Bruce Banner, and his psychotherapist, Leonard Samson. They influence him to construct a device aimed at healing Banner's psyche and preventing the emergence of a darker personality. In addition to progressing through the main narrative, players can undertake side missions and acquire new abilities for the Hulk.

X-Men: Mutant Academy

X-Men: Mutant Academy is a 3-D/2D fighting game developed by Paradox, the company behind Activision's Wu-Tang: Shaolin Style and the never-published Thrill Kill, and based on the X-Men characters from Marvel Comics. The game was released for the Game Boy Color and PlayStation as a tie-in to X-Men.

X-Men: Mutant Academy is a basic fighting game that uses six buttons: three buttons for punches and three for kicks. Due to the success of the game, it was followed by two sequels: X-Men: Mutant Academy 2 and X-Men: Next Dimension. The game's characters can be played both with their comic book costumes and their costumes from the 2000 film X-Men. Characters not present in the film were given costumes of a similar design.

X-Men: Mutant Academy 2 is a PlayStation video game, the sequel to X-Men: Mutant Academy. Both feature the X-Men in a 3-D fighting arena similar to Mortal Kombat 4.

LEGO Marvel's Avengers

Lego Marvel's Avengers is a Lego-themed action-adventure video game developed by Traveller's Tales and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. It is the spin-off to Lego Marvel Super Heroes and the second instalment of the Lego Marvel franchise. The game is based on the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Captain America

Iron Man

Iron Man is a 2008 video game based on the film of the same name as well as the classic iterations of the character. It was released on May 2, 2008 to coincide with the release of the film in cinemas. The game is published by Sega, and was released on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

The enemies are Advanced Idea Mechanics, the Maggia and the Ten Rings terrorist group. The supervillains in the game includes Blacklash, Controller, Titanium Man, Melter, and Iron Monger.

A significant feature has Robert Downey, Jr., Terrence Howard and Shaun Toub reprising their roles from the film.

Iron Man 2

Iron Man 2 is a 2010 action-adventure video game loosely based on the film of the same name. The game has an original story written by The Invincible Iron Man scribe Matt Fraction. This story is set after the plot of the film. The game features the voices of Don Cheadle and Samuel L. Jackson, reprising their roles from the film.

Thor: God of Thunder

Thor: God of Thunder is an action-adventure game developed by Liquid Entertainment and published by Sega in 2011. It serves as a tie-in to the Thor film from the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Players control Thor as he wields Mjolnir to battle enemies across the Nine Realms, facing iconic foes such as Surtur and Ulik while protecting Asgard from destruction.

The gameplay features melee combat, elemental powers, and environmental puzzles, with some differences across platforms. The console versions (PlayStation 3, Xbox 360) emphasise 3D action, while the Nintendo 3DS and Wii versions include more stylised and simplified gameplay.

The Nintendo DS version of Thor: God of Thunder, developed by WayForward Technologies, differs significantly from its console counterparts. Released in 2011, it is a side-scrolling action game with 2D visuals inspired by comic book art. Players control Thor as he battles through the Nine Realms using Mjolnir to unleash melee attacks, ranged lightning powers, and screen-clearing special moves.

Silver Surfer

Silver Surfer is a shooter game, with some levels taking place vertically and some horizontally. The Surfer's only ability is to move around on the screen and to shoot directly in front of him. Power-ups that can be picked up include: the letter "F" (Firepower) which will increase the number and power of his projectiles, Smart bombs which destroy everything on the screen, the letter "S" (Speedup) which increases the surfer's movement and Orbs which will also fire the Surfer's weapon. Orbs are special in that two can be obtained (only 1 is shown on horizontal scrolling levels) and they can be positioned to fire forwards, backwards or sideways.

Daredevil

Daredevil for the Game Boy Advance is your basic punch-kick-jump action platformer featuring Marvel's more unlikely superhero, a blind lawyer with enhanced abilities and senses. Though the game was marketed as a tie-in with the February 14th release of the Daredevil film, the GBA title is more based upon a less realistic, comic book design with bright and vibrant colors and the occasional "Pow!" and "Bif!" when knocking out opponents. Some levels cut across rooftops, others over vehicles in traffic; some go in buildings and underground. As players get through the 23 different levels, they'll uncover the game's original plot through comic book-style cutscenes.

Daredevil: The Man Without Fear

A beat 'em up based on the Marvel hero Daredevil. It was cancelled not long before its slated release.

Black Panther

X2: Wolverine's Revenge

The action is played from a third-person perspective as players fight a number of armored soldiers, mutant creatures, and archenemies such as Sabretooth, Magneto, Wendigo, Lady Deathstrike, and Juggernaut. While Professor X is able to assist Wolverine with powers of telepathy, the surly comic book hero must ultimately carry out his adventure alone. To that end, players must tap into Wolverine's unique talents to overcome all manner of obstacles. Wolverine will be able to hunt and track his prey using his heightened sense of smell and ability to detect body heat. As Wolverine makes his way through the military compounds, he will need to avoid defense systems and guards, and find ways into locked rooms to discover the information he needs to survive.

X-Men Origins: Wolverine Uncaged Edition

X-Men Origins: Wolverine Uncaged Edition is a third-person action game developed by Raven Software and published by Activision. Released in 2009 for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Windows PC, this version offers a more intense and graphic experience compared to its counterparts on other platforms.

The Uncaged Edition features mature-rated content, including explicit violence and gore, showcasing Wolverine's feral combat style. Players can perform brutal attacks, such as dismembering enemies and utilizing environmental hazards for combat advantages. The game also highlights Wolverine's regenerative abilities, with real-time visual damage and healing effects.

Drawing inspiration from titles like God of War and Devil May Cry, the gameplay emphasizes combo-based melee combat, platforming, and quick-time events. Players can upgrade abilities and unlock new moves by earning experience points through defeating enemies and discovering collectibles.
