12Riven is a visual novel in which the player makes progress by reading the game's story. At certain points during conversations with other characters, the player is given a set of choices. Depending on what the player chooses, the story diverges into different branches, eventually leading to different endings; there is only one "true ending"

Never7: The End of Infinity

Never7: The End of Infinity is the first title in the Infinity series, and is followed by Ever17: The Out of Infinity, Remembe 11: The Age of Infinity, 12Riven: The Psi-Climinal of Integral, and Code_18.

In the game, the player takes the role of Makoto Ishihara, a college student who attends a seminar camp on an island together with three other students; he also befriends three other people who he meets on the island. The game takes place over the course of a week, and consists of the player reading the story, occasionally making choices that affect the direction of the plot; on the sixth day, one of the female characters dies, and the game moves back in time to the beginning, letting the player use knowledge from the first set of six days to make new choices, to try to prevent the character's death.

Remember11: The Age of Infinity

Remember11: The Age of Infinity is a visual novel video game.
It is the third entry in the Infinity series; it is preceded by Never7: The End of Infinity and Ever17: The Out of Infinity, and followed by 12Riven: The Psi-Climinal of Integral and Code_18.

Code_18

Code_18 is the fifth entry in the Infinity series, which also includes Never 7: The End of Infinity, Ever 17: The Out of Infinity, Remember 11: The Age of Infinity, and 12Riven: The Psi-Climinal of Integral. The game follows Hayato Hino, a high school student who receives voice messages from the future on his phone, and is stuck in a loop, repeating a month of his life over and over again.

Cyberfront bought the rights to the Infinity series after its previous developer, KID, closed down. The game's writing was done by the group Run & Gun, while the sound production was handled by the band Milktub. While the development team had originally planned to use a theme of "escape from an enclosed space" similarly to previous Infinity games, it was changed due to concerns of the size of the game's audience, and was seen as a reboot of the series.

Ever17

Ever17 is a remake of "Ever17: The Out of Infinity", developed in collaboration between 5pb. and CyberFront. This remake, among other things, features a significantly rewritten script, re-done voice acting, a remixed soundtrack, and animated 3D models to replace the static character sprites of the original.

A remastered version of Never7: The End of Infinity for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC.

KID Corp. was a Japanese game developer and publisher based in the Shinagawa Ward of Tokyo. It was established in May 1988, and was headed by Hisayoshi Ichikawa. The company's initial focus was arcade action games, but in 1996 the company's focus shifted to bishōjo games.

The company filed for bankruptcy in November 2006, and it was announced in February 2007 that CyberFront had acquired the rights to the KID brand and its entire game catalogue. Most of the development staff regrouped at 5pb., which would eventually regain the rights to several of KID's bishōjo game properties. At its height, the company employed around 50 people.

In 2006, KID's offices are closed. The following day, the papers for voluntary dissolution of the company are handed in at the Tokyo regional court. In 2007, CyberFront bought the rights to the KID brand, its franchises and related properties such as source codes, thereby resurrecting the company.

CyberFront Corporation (株式会社サイバーフロント kabushiki gaisha saibaafuronto) was a game development and publishing company for the Sony PlayStation 2, Sony PSP, and PC platforms. The company was founded in 1998 by Shinji Fujiwara and was located in Japan.

Kaga Electronics, Co. Ltd., acquired 51% of the company's shares in April, 2010 and the company became a subsidiary of Kaga Electronics. Kaga Electronics bought the remainder of the shares in March, 2013 and the company became a 100% owned subsidiary of Kaga Electronics.

On December 19, 2013, an official notice of dissolution was released by the company. The notice states that events leading to the dissolution were primary due to "inadequacies in CyberFront's intellectual property rights but that there were also claims that by business partners actually denying etc. the existence of such rights." Additionally, no cooperation was received from the then retired founder, despite requests for assistance.
