Retro Arcade: Space Invaders is a 10-in-1 Plug It In & Play TV game system made by Jakks Pacific and developed by Code Mystics in 2011 three years after the Retro Arcade Feauring Pac-Man TV game. It contains ten Taito arcade games. Not to be confused with the preiviously released Radica Space Invaders Play TV legends joystick that has five Taito games.

Space Invaders

Space Invaders is an arcade video game developed by Tomohiro Nishikado and released in 1978. It is one of the earliest shooting games and the aim is to defeat waves of aliens with a laser cannon to earn as many points as possible.

Space Raiders

Space Raiders is a third-person shooter taking place after an alien invasion of Earth. The game is a spin-off of Taito's Space Invaders with similar gameplay but in a 3D destroyed city setting.

The player can take control of three characters. These are Justin, a youngster knocked out and left for dead after his friends got slaughtered while on the run from the aliens, Ashly, the camerawoman who is trying to find her boyfriend who went missing after the invasion, and Naji the policeman who lost his partner in a fight with the aliens.

Space Invaders is a game in which the player controls a laser cannon by moving it horizontally across the bottom of the screen and firing at descending aliens.
The aim is to defeat five rows of eleven aliens—some versions feature different numbers—that move horizontally back and forth across the screen as they advance towards the bottom of the screen. The player defeats an alien, and earns points, by shooting it with the laser cannon. As more aliens are defeated, the aliens' movement and the game's music both speed up.

Space Invaders: Virtual Collection

Attention all Earthlings! Relentless alien hordes have been identified near you. Prevent the dangerous Space Invaders from landing on your territory. Use your cannon to defend against waves of descending alien invaders. Don't let them hit the ground or it's all over for you and the Earth! Destroy them and score points!

Space Invaders Get Even

Space Invaders Get Even is a video game by Taito for the Wii. Originally intended as a retail release, the game was released as a downloadable WiiWare game instead. It was released in Japan on August 26, 2008, in Europe on November 7, 2008, and in North America on December 1, 2008.

Space Invaders DX

A remake of the original with several new options and gameplay elements, including a competitive two-player mode.
Introduced a "parody mode" that replaces the traditional sprites by those from other Taito games including Arkanoid, Bubble Bobble, The NewZealand Story, and Darius.
Early versions use Taito's B system hardware, while later ones use Taito's F3 system hardware.
The home versions were released as Space Invaders - The Original Game. Other names include: Space Invaders XL on the Nuon, Space Invaders '​94 on the Game Boy and Super Nintendo Entertainment System, and Space Invaders 2000 and Space Invaders 1500 on two PlayStation re-releases.
The home releases feature variants of the two-player mode.
The Game Boy release was an update to the 1990 version of Space Invaders Part II. Extra options similar to Space Invaders DX are available when played via Nintendo's Super Game Boy.
The first PlayStation release lacked the two-player mode. Subsequent PlayStation re-releases in 1998 and 2001 restored it. The 2001 release, known as The Invaders and Space Invaders 1500, includes a 3D version, and was part of D3 Publisher's Simple series of budget games that sell for ¥1500.
The Super Nintendo Entertainment System version was also released on Nintendo's Virtual Console.

Space Invaders is an arcade video game developed by Tomohiro Nishikado and released in 1978. It is one of the earliest shooting games and the aim is to defeat waves of aliens with a laser cannon to earn as many points as possible.

This Arcade Archives edition emulates both black/white and colored versions with a combination of color filters and backgrounds mimicking the original arcade machines, along with VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) support for smoother playback of the original frame rate.

Taito Legends 2 is a games collection for Xbox, and Windows. A different version was released for the PS2 under the same title.

Midway was among the earliest companies to enter the video game market, producing their first game Winner in 1973 during the Pong arcade boom.
